The Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) will offer lodging for up to 8 nights. While there is no registration fee for participants in the CETUP program, registration is mandatory.
NOTE: the 8 nights offered for lodging are for the CETUP* workshop weeks only.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Lead from Sunday, June 21, to Saturday, July 18. To arrange your stay, please contact 1-605-584-1800 and reference the "SURF/Institute-CETUP Workshop" block. The room expenses will be billed directly to SURF. Please note that a credit card on file will be required for each guest to cover any incidental charges.

Additional Information:
- SURF/The Institute will pay for up to 8 nights. You are responsible for all incidentals.
- Each room has two queen beds.
- Breakfast is included.
- Room cancellations must be made 5 days in advance to avoid a fee.
- The hotel does not offer airport transportation. Free parking is available at both the hotel and the workshop venue (Lead/Deadwood Middle School, a 7-minute walk from the hotel).
