Order of operations:
- Authors “register” for a CETUP* preprint number via this Indico Preprint Registration
- Organizers assign preprint number and approve “registration"
- Authors submit preprint to arXiv (including acknowledgement, CETUP Doc #)
- Authors log back into Indico Preprint registration to enter arXiv link(s)
- Organizers re-approve registration
