Registration Desk
The registration desk is located inside the EEP Building in front of the Main Lecture Hall EEP 252 and will be staffed during the entire workshop. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff in case of any question or problem.
Presentation and Presentation Format
Presentations can be projected in format 4:3 and 16:9. However, for best results a slide format of 4:3 is preferable.
Please upload your presentation to indico at least a half hour prior to the start of your session. The use of personal notebooks for presentations is strongly discouraged.
Poster Presentations
The recommended size for the posters is 34" x 44" in either landscape or portrait orientation. A dedicated poster session (with refreshments) will take place on Wednesday afternoon in the Surbeck Ballroom. Posters should be set up on Wednesday in Surbeck any time before the poster session (using hanging materials to be provided at the workshop). At the end of the poster session, all posters should be moved from the Surbeck Ballroom to EEP 251A/B for the remainder of the workshop. Additional viewing of the posters will be available during the remaining workshop coffee breaks.
