Items to have with you, preferably on paper -
- Copy of your travel itinerary
- Copy of your hotel reservation
- Copy of your invitation letter to the workshop
- Copy of the workshop agenda
- Copy of the conference registration (from the indico page or email confirmation)
- If possible, a letter from your institution verifying your employment and endorsing the business travel
