^{Lodging at Cadillac Jack's Resort consists of the following hotels: Tru by Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton. Blocks have been made for each hotel at varying rates depending on the day. The cutoff date for reserving a room under these blocks will be May 22, 2025.}

^{Rooms will be booked individually by attendees, and any cancellation fees will also be the responsibility of the individual. The hotel will require a credit card to be placed on file. The average nightly room rates range from 155 USD to 185 USD.}

^{Parking at the hotel is offered at a rate of 14.95 USD per day and will be charged at check-in. Additionally, there is a free public parking lot located approximately one block from the hotel.}

^{If your organization is tax-exempt, the credit card used for payment must be in the name of the tax-exempt organization. You will also need to provide the tax-exempt certificate at check-in.}
