Transportation from Rapid City Airport to and from Lead: 

The airport is a 58 minute drive (~52 miles) to Cadillac Jack's. 

 

Dakota Bus is available for a small fee for conference attendees and is included as an option when you register. If you have already registered for the conference and would like to reserve the airport shuttle please click here. The fee is $40 USD round trip or $20 USD one way from the airport to the conference venue and back to the airport. There will be a specific time scheduled in the morning and afternoon for arrivals on Sunday, June 22 and departures on Saturday, June 28. Outside of these days and the times announced, you will need to reserve other transportation to and from the airport. Below are alternatives. 

  • Pick Up Times:

    Sunday, June 22 at 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (Location: Rapid City Regional Airport)

    Saturday, June 28 at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Location: Cadillac Jacks Resort)

    Shuttle service times are subject to change and will be determined by flight arrivals with no more than two shuttles running each day.

    Transportation arrangements must be made on your own by calling the shuttle service and asking for the "PPC2025" shuttle.

  • The Rapid City Regional Airport is a small airport; therefore, when you exit the airport near the baggage area you will see the large motorcoach bus nearby.

 

  • Please mention your name and the conference to the shuttle driver.
