Building on the Foundations and Frontiers of Quantum Science and Research session, this breakout will provide an opportunity for participants to explore emerging research directions, scientific challenges, and collaborative opportunities in quantum science. Through interactive discussion, attendees will examine how theoretical advances, experimental research, and unique scientific infrastructure can work together to accelerate innovation. Participants will identify opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, shared research priorities, and potential partnerships among universities, national laboratories, industry, and research facilities. The session will conclude with recommendations and actionable ideas to help strengthen the regional quantum research ecosystem and guide future collaborative initiatives.
