The objective of this workshop is to equip science teachers with the skills necessary to enhance their expertise and incorporate authentic “particle physics” research experiences into high school curriculums. The Institute for Underground Science and the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) serve as the designated center for this annual workshop, which features leading STEM educators from both national and international locations.
